These are the terms behind every AireyAi service, written in plain English. Your contract or written quote restates the parts that apply to your engagement; if anything here differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
1. Prices & VAT
- Every price is published on our pricing page and fixed — what's quoted is what you pay. The only extras are clearly-quoted out-of-scope work you ask for (section 8).
- All fees are stated exclusive of VAT. As a sole trader under the registration threshold we don't currently add it; VAT will be added at the prevailing rate upon registration, and we'll re-quote net+VAT at that point.
2. Websites (one-off projects)
- 50% deposit on signing, balance on launch. Projects over £2,000 can split the balance over 3 months (+10%).
- Each tier includes a stated number of revision rounds — your quote spells out exactly how many.
- On completion and full payment, you own the website — domain, hosting account, and all code and files (section 6).
- A monthly instalment option is available on request, subject to qualification.
3. Minimum terms
Monthly services carry a short minimum so the work has time to take effect. After the minimum, every service rolls monthly — it never re-locks into a new fixed term.

In a bundle, each service keeps its own minimum term — there is no single bundle term.
4. 30-day satisfaction review & refunds
- Recurring fees are refundable in full within the first 30 days only if no work has been provisioned (no ad account linked, no campaign built, no leads sourced, no chatbot deployed, no website build started). Once work is provisioned, the stated minimum term applies.
- If, within the first 30 days, you tell us about a problem we cannot resolve within 14 days, we credit your first month's recurring fee. This does not waive the minimum term.
- Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins.
5. Cancellation, notice & early exit
- After the minimum term: rolling monthly. Either party can end the service with 30 days' written notice, given before the next billing date to avoid that period's charge. One email is enough.
- Before the minimum term ends: a break fee applies equal to the remaining committed months × the monthly fee, prorated by days. Setup fees are forfeited.
- Annual prepay early exit: refund = (whole months remaining ÷ 12) × the monthly standard (pre-discount) rate, capped at the amount paid. The free months and setup savings were the discount, not consumed value, so they aren't separately refunded. A worked example goes in your contract.
6. Ownership & handover when we part ways
On contract end, within 5 business days unless stated otherwise:
- Website: you own the domain, hosting account, and all code and files. Full handover; we retain nothing.
- Meta Ads: you already own the ad account — we only ever hold scoped partner access, which we remove within 5 business days. Custom audiences, pixel data, and the ad creatives and copy built for you transfer to you.
- Aria / chatbot: you can request a full export of conversation flows and training data within 7 days of exit; your data is deleted 30 days after exit.
- Lead generation: you receive a CSV export of all leads within 5 business days; we retain no copy. Sending domains and mailboxes we provisioned remain ours (shared infrastructure) unless purchased separately.
7. Bundles
- Bundle discounts apply while all bundled services remain active. Removing a service mid-term doesn't change the pricing of your remaining services until each one's current minimum term expires — no surprise mid-term price hikes.
- "Setup fees waived" at the 3- and 4-service bundle tiers applies to recurring-service setup fees only. The one-off website build fee is never waived.
- The annual-prepay benefit is 50% off any setup fees not already waived by your bundle tier, plus the 2 months free.
8. Out-of-scope work
Work beyond your agreed scope is £125/hr standard or £175/hr for strategy — always quoted in advance, and no work starts without your written approval. An email asking a question is never a billable hour; billing starts only at agreed, approved work. If ad-hoc requests regularly exceed £250/month we'll suggest a scope review rather than keep invoicing.
9. Meta Ads — tiers, spend & honesty about results
- Your tier follows your actual monthly ad spend. Upgrades apply when sustained spend crosses the next band for 2+ months; if spend sits below your band's floor for 2 consecutive months, the tier downgrades at the next billing cycle with 7 days' notice. No new setup fee on any tier change, and the minimum-term clock doesn't reset.
- Cost-per-lead figures we give you are documented estimates with the source cited in your contract. If actual cost-per-lead over the first 90 days exceeds our estimate by more than 50%, the recommended minimum spend rises accordingly; if you decline the recommended spend, either party may end the engagement with 30 days' notice, without penalty.
- Before onboarding we check your business is ready for ads to work — including review ratings, a commitment to respond to leads quickly, and a tested lead-delivery path (we send a test lead and you confirm it arrived). If reputation metrics fall below the agreed threshold for 60+ days and aren't remediated, we may pause ad-spend management until restored.
10. Aria — usage caps
- Text plans have conversation caps and voice plans have call-minute caps, stated on the pricing page. At 80% of your cap we'll nudge you about upgrading — text caps are soft and never auto-bill.
- Voice minutes over your cap are billed at £0.35/min, itemised at month-end — or you can upgrade tier to avoid it. No silent cut-off, no silent overage.
11. Lead generation — what's promised
No minimum lead volume is guaranteed. The fee covers strategy and execution — prospect research, personalised sequences, deliverability infrastructure and sending — not a guaranteed outcome. We'll always tell you honestly what's realistic before you commit.
12. Data protection
Where we process personal data on your behalf (lead generation prospects, Aria conversations), we act as data processor and you are the data controller. Every Lead Generation and Aria contract includes a Data Processing Agreement: we process personal data only on your documented instructions, with appropriate security measures, and delete or return it on termination per section 6. Full details in our privacy policy.
13. One client per trade, per area
We won't run Meta Ads or lead generation for two directly-competing trades targeting the same service area at the same time. The first-signed client holds exclusivity for their trade and area for the life of the engagement — a later competitor is declined or waitlisted unless you grant a written waiver. Anything else would mean bidding you against yourself.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; changes are posted here with a new date. Changes don't apply retroactively to a signed agreement.
